Kid's Math ("the App") helps learners practice fundamental math skills through guided console-style exercises. This privacy policy explains how the App and its supporting services collect, use, and safeguard personal information. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve the App experience.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Learner inputs. Commands and answers typed into the embedded console interface.
• Support inquiries. Email correspondence or feedback submitted through the contact channels above.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device identifiers. Randomly generated session identifiers that help distinguish one practice session from another without storing device-specific identifiers such as IMEI, Android ID, or Apple IDFA.
• Usage analytics. Events describing screen views, trainer selections, Stats button usage (progress requests), and timing metadata used to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Diagnostics and logs. Structured logs from the shared analytics pipeline that capture prompts, responses, and error traces. These logs are scrubbed of personally identifiable information and retained only as long as necessary for debugging and service optimization.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain user data from data brokers. If you contact us through a third-party platform (e.g., email provider), that platform's privacy policy governs its handling of your information.

3. How We Use Information

We process collected information for the following purposes:

1. Delivering core functionality. Presenting math exercises, tracking learner progress within a session, and rendering the interactive console interface.
2. Improving performance. Measuring feature usage, identifying latency bottlenecks, and optimizing question generation.
3. Maintaining security and reliability. Detecting anomalies, preventing misuse, and debugging crashes or failed requests.
4. Responding to support requests. Resolving issues reported through the contact channels above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use collected data for targeted advertising.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA & UK Users)

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the following grounds:

• Performance of a contract. Processing necessary to deliver the App's requested features.
• Legitimate interests. Improving service quality, ensuring security, and performing aggregated analytics without overriding your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• Consent. When you opt in to optional analytics or provide information through support channels.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We may share information in the limited circumstances below:

• Service providers. Trusted vendors that host analytics infrastructure or provide secure storage for support correspondence. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to process data only on our behalf and according to this policy.
• Legal compliance. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Algorithmization Sp. z o.o., our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.

We do not sell personal information or exchange it with data brokers. To deliver in-app banner ads, the App transmits limited device and usage information (such as the advertising identifier, IP address, coarse location, and ad interaction signals) to Google as part of the AdMob service. Google processes that information under its own policies, which may combine it with other data sources.

6. Data Retention

• Console session data and analytics events are retained for up to 13 months to support longitudinal performance analysis and to evaluate curriculum effectiveness.
• Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve the request plus an additional 24 months for audit purposes unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be associated with an identifiable user.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access controls, and continuous logging with anomaly detection. Access to analytics and diagnostic data is limited to authorized personnel who require it to operate or improve the App. Despite these safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Data Transfers

Collected data may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. When data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for use by children under adult supervision. We collect only the minimal information described above to provide the learning experience. Parents or guardians may contact us at info@algoextreme.com to request review, deletion, or restriction of a child's information. We will verify the requestor's identity before fulfilling such requests.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
• Object to or restrict processing under certain circumstances.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing activities without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The App displays banner advertising through the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. When an ad loads, Google may receive your device advertising identifier, IP address, coarse location inferred from the network, and in-app usage information needed to deliver, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising. We do not provide AdMob with additional personal details beyond what the SDK collects, but Google may combine this data with information from its partners; see Google's AdMob privacy policy for details. You can manage your advertising preferences through your device settings (e.g., "Reset advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"). If we include other optional integrations (e.g., cloud backup), their usage will be clearly disclosed with relevant privacy terms. Any external links or resources you follow are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our services. Material updates will be noted within the App or via email when feasible. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
